Return Policy

At Sumptuousgems, we accept returns and refund requests in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility
   To be eligible for a return:
   The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
   The item must be unused or in acceptable condition consistent with normal inspection
   The item should be returned with original packaging whenever possible
   The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale
2. Return Authorization
   Before returning any item, you must contact us at service@sumptuousgems.com to request return authorization. Please include:
   Your order number
   The item or items you wish to return
   The reason for the return
   Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Address
   Approved returns must be sent to the following designated return address:
   Hoi Wong Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
   If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
   We may decline returns in the following cases:
   The return request is made outside the eligible return window
   The item shows signs of misuse, abnormal wear, intentional damage, or unauthorized modification
   The item is missing components or accessories not due to our error
   The item was identified as non-returnable at the time of sale
6. Return Shipping Costs
   If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect selection, or another non-quality-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   If the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
7. Refunds
   Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.

8. Exchanges
   We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variation, please contact us first. In many cases, returning the eligible item and placing a new order may be the most efficient option.
9. Order Cancellations
   Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
